What sort of toys do you keep in you wallet. Slim and light is the only way to go ... these are the ones that I have picked for mine:

wallettoys.gif

  • Ultra Flat Refillable Lighter: Measures 3 1/8in tall by 5/8in width by 3/8in thick
  • Fisher Bullet Pen
  • Magnifying Plastic Lens
  • Buck Executive: Closed 2 3/4in, 2/8in thick
  • Craftsman 4in1 Screwdriver
*Note: I do not recommend keeping a butane lighter in your wallet, but it will fit. :D

My only wallet toy is my 50/50 Spydercard.:D ;) :D

I am looking into those Toologic credit cards, though.

Hey Ryan, that is some neat stuff. I tried to find the 4in1 screwdriver, but it's tough to get search engines to return a reasonably small result set. Do you have a link for us? Thanks!

Other than the usual items, most of the stuff in my wallet is just for convenience. I keep two regular size bandaids, one large patch bandaid, one alcohol swab, and two wet wipes in a zippered compartment. People always ask why on earth I keep this stuff in my wallet. They sure come in handy though. Everyone knows where to go when they need something, like a bandaid, magically pulled out of a pocket. As for the wet wipes, well, I never know when an emergency might come up and I'll be forced to eat a big ole greasy fried chicken dinner...:D

The great thing about the Internet is everyone finds out that, no matter what their proclivity is, someone else is the same way.

You can get them at Sears.

Not sure if you can buy it from sears online.

The correct term for it is ... "Craftsman 4-way keychain screwdriver"

I found only 1 at Sears in all my searches, I found a butt load at a local OSH Hardware though.

I have two MINT Extra's if you have to have and can't find near by.:D

Don't forget to throw a P-38 can opener into the mix.
A spare car key is a good idea too.

I couldn't get the keychain screwdriver from the local Sears outlet and couldn't find anything comparable at Home Depot. I did find something adequate at a hardware store, so I bought it, but it is not as compact and self-contained as the Craftsman.

The reason I was interested in this item is because people at work often want to borrow whatever SAK/multitool I am carrying that day. I like to help people, but am sometimes hesitant to loan it out, depending on the person. Not everyone has common sense with these things, even though I show them carefully. It will be nice to have a "loaner" that is pretty benign.

Hey Guys..

Great topic..

I've got a few toys on the way..
Unfortunately No pics at the moment,,but as soon as they come in,, I'll be sure to post...

They are credit card sized blades, that look like little lady bugs...

The only extra I carry in my wallet is a MicroTech OptionII. It's a pretty serious credit card knife, just in case.

Nice stuff as always Ryan but this thread shows how old I am! Back in the early seventies, you could go into any Sears store and these little flat screwdrivers were 25 cents! They always had a bunch of them on the counter in the tool section and if you bought anything, they were free!
