Just do a search for what your looking for, use Google http://www.google.com/ select pictures , type in what you want to find , knives , guns , fishies etc.
If you search on here there are a lot of big knife pics you could use for a desktop , simply save the pic in your My Docs , open it , right click and set as desktop background.

it is also a good idea to type in the size of your desktop as part of the search criteria, for example: "1024x768"
