My latest acquisitions over the last few months that have kept me from going on any big vacations
1. Wally Hayes Fighter. Chisel ground top edge, hollow ground primary edge. Black cord over black rayskin. Got an IWB kydex and the TAC sheath with this. I love the grind at the point! Great balance, wicked edge...
2. Ray Rogers Warlock folder with black ash burl. My fancy folder... wicked sharp, great fit and finish, bargain price. Ray is a gentleman and a fine knifemaker. D2 blade with cryo treat.
3. Matt Cucchiara Sirocco. I asked for a sub-4" blade, and wanted the Fizz to be blue- that wouldn't work, so Matt went with a blue heat colored handle, which looks great, to me. Carved clip. The blade looks more like a Banshee because of the cutdown in size, but I like it. Kind of inbetween the two. Needless to say the lockup is solid, the fit and finish are impeccable... and it just feels great in the hand, light and quick for a big honkin knife. I'll post a review next week once I've carried it a while.
