FWIW, I just got back from WW and they told me there are changing their knive selections over to newer models. I bought the last Scallion for $30. The guy at the counter knew nothing about knives, he just said the new knives were coming in and they would not carry the older models.
 
Someone else posted on another forum that they saw and bought a Spyderco Native at Wal-Mart! That may not be such a bad thing for anyone except maybe my wife! Now she'll be reluctant to let me shop at Wally world all by my lonesome if I come home after every trip with a new Spydie in my pocket! :D
 
I bought a Native last night at Wal-mart also.It has the S30-V plain edge blade.It cost 39.48.They also had some new Buck knives and CRKT knives also.When I got home this morning the Kabar Dozier I ordered from A.G.Russell was in the mail.I bought the one with aluminum handles and D2 blade.Now I don't know which one to carry first!
 
YES! I'm planning to go to Wally Waorld today! MWHAHAHAHA! Makes the whole trip worth it to know im coming home with a new goody :-)
 
I noticed the other day that they have a few versions of the Delica on their website now! I haven't seen any in stores around these parts.
 
The walmart here sucks. I went there tonight and there was the same crummy selection, no good prices. Blah.:thumbdn:
 
Excuse me if I'm dumb, but when you all talk about Wally World is that just a code name for Wal-Mart? Because I don't have a Wally World around here, but I do have a Wal-Mart nearby. :)
 
I really don't like venturing into WalMart anymore but I made a special trip to buy a new Native. Very nice price :)

I went and picked up a Native today at Wally world for a total of $42.64. Can't beat that price with a big stick!
 
Thanks for the tip. Just got me one too. You guys are brilliant.

I am new to the forum and would appreciate any suggestions for a cool username. I just used abcdef because I was too lazy to come up with a good one.
