Hi, I have a few questions about sharpening. I bought what appears to be a lansky basic clone from walmart. Made by smith's I believe. I have a spyderco native and benchmade mini-grip that need sharpened. The sharpener offers two angles, 20 and 25. What would be a good sharpening angle for these two knives? I want them as sharp as I can get them. Also if anyone knows any techniques that would be greatly appreciated. Like how to reprofile for the desired angle if need be, and how to make them "scary sharp".
