This knife is 52100 steel. I can see why some makers stick with this steel. It is amazing. The blade is 4 7/8 inches long and is 3/16th thick. Handle is compressed rubber for excellent grip. Tubes are flared to help hold the handles on. I am not overly happy how they flared, and this was more of a test project. Sooooooo.......
I will sell this knife for:
GO TO END OF THREAD FOR NEW PRICES shipped in the USA and that includes the sheath!!!!

Here is something cool! A camp cleaver! I made this in Missouri in the old coal fired forge I had in the shop. 5160 steel and convex ground. I found it some of my boxes that I unpacked from moving the shop. Handle is paracord that is coated in epoxy.

$75.00 shipped in the USA!

That's really cool Mark, what are the specs ?

Pit, it is 10 inches overall lenth, 1 7/8th inches tall and 3/16th thick. Cutting edge is 4 1/2 inches. I think this would be great to throw in a pack and use for "rough" chores, saving the edge on your belt carry knife. If you don't own a Booshway that is ! :)

This is sold!
