Walter Brend #2 folder parts

Hi all,
I am looking for the two rear screws on the Brend #2 MA folder.
As these are custom pieces I was hoping to reach Tom Kyle but his email address apparently is not current anymore (tom@cuttersknifentool.com).
Does anybody know where I can reach him, or does anyone have any alternate supplier(s) for the Brend #2 folder?
All hints and help appreciated!

Tom's a member here, here's a link to his profile. I doubt it'll help, though; the only ways to contact him I can see are through email and visitor message, and visitor message notifications, (if he has them enabled,) work through email.
