Just to give you Brend fanatics a heads up, yes, Walter will be making his titanium handled folder again. Look for them Feb/March time frame.

Now don't go calling Walter and asking him for one. The list is already fairly long.

In addition to Walter there will be a couple sources for these knives. Oddly enough, one of these sources will have access to these knives on a very regular basis. It turns out that this same source is spearheading this project.

Yes, there are plans in the works for a D/A from Walter. However, for this very special knife, there will be only 1 source other than Walter.

No, there are none of the follwing:

Estimated delivery time!
Cost!
NO PHOTO'S AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!

As Walter and I get underway with this I will keep you posted.

I can tell you that you can have your choice of his model 2 blade or the Tanto style blade (double ground).

Now if I can just get him to get me some fixed blades!

Gee, I'd really like to put a deposit down on something with no stated delivery time, no photo, no specs, no stated cost, etc.

Sounds rational to me.

Wonder who the only source is.

Hi Ron,

Id love to take deposits. However, I have found that with custom knives, delivery times are not an exact science.

Deposits are a funny thing, once you take one you give that person the right to call and check on the knife. Some people actually call and check every day, even though you told them it would be 3 months.

Several of the liner locks have been made and are in circulation.

As for the D/A, at this point it is just a concept. When a knife has been completed it will appear on my site.
