I am at a loss. I used to have a BRK&T Mini Canadian, but I decided it had too much belly and wasn't pointy enough for my use. Same deal with my Landi PSK.

Here are my requirements:

-Pocketable fixed blade
-Blade should be no more than 3", overall length around 6"
-Must fit in KSF Adirondack sheath
-Fairly pointy at the tip
-I'd like to keep it around $100 bucks, but would go over for the right one

I have looked around and found a few candidates, but I know I can get a bigger picture if I tap into the BF "collective."

Stomper could probably make you something like this for around your price point.

Bark River PSK?

Check with David Farmer, he has some models right in your price range. I am unsure what Scott Gossmans current price is for his PSK model, with and without scales, but mine is a great knife.
