Preparing for a Deacon's Meeting tomorrow after church.
Clockwise from 9pm (left) is Sirloin tip marinaded in teriyaki, chicken in BBQ (KC Masterpiece), Sirloin tip marinaded in some sort of oriental-ish sauce, and plain Sirloin tip ready for a dusting of seasoning on the grill.
We've got tater salad, pasta salad (greek) and cheesecake for dessert. Mmmmm.
That BAD is BAD! Removing the tendon from the sirloin tips was a BREEZE. Killer edge. And I have, do, and will ALWAYS love the NICK for kitchen work. Love that knife!
So who wants to join my church??? I do this 2x/yr as well as "Meat on a Stick" night. (We Deacons and Pastors are testing some new marinades tomorrow.
