Wannabe Busse Bearer has never touched

I've read most of the threads spanning sixty days and I've becomed enchanted by sharp things named Busse.

However, I have been deprived the pleasure of handling any Busse knife. Are the knives sold in walk-in shops? I'd like to play with few models before I decide which will be my first. Or, is my best bet to catch the Busse team at a show?

Any shops in North/Central California?
One day, I may lose it to a Battle Mistress.

I ran into Busse himself this weekend at Sandusky Ohio. I was surprised to see him in the flesh with on of his guys. It is nice to see the owners of cutlery companies actually out in the field with their users.
