Want a Knife Fight?

Not sure if any of you are into gaming. I play only one for the last 10 years and that is Battlefield 1942. EA recently announced that they were were making the game free to play so you can go download it and be playing online in less than 30 minutes. The game is classic and the mods for it "Desert Combat" and Desert Combat final are among the best shooter mods in history. I have opened a server and some forums meant mainly to help out new players and give old and new alike a stable and secure server to play on. I have been toying with the idea of making a knife only map where we can have mass knife only competitions. I did it about 5 years ago and it was a blast!

Hope we can get some great mass knife fights going! there are some really cool night maps where sneaking up on people is fairly easy and great fun :)

I used to play BF1942 years ago, along with Counter Strike. Knife fighting servers were fun for a while but someone would always start gunning everyone down. :thumbdn:

In BF 2142 I used to collect dog tags, I had around 7k at one point.

I am pretty decent with the server side modding and can make it so only knifes are available and no guns on the chosen maps :) That's a ton of tags! Install BF again and sharpen your ka-bar!
 
I watched half of that video and got bored. Where's the knife fight?

Boring.

Did I miss the promised knife fight? Maybe it's later in the video, toward the end? Can you provide a time hack for it?
 
I used to play Counter Strike, and would sucker noobs into doing a "knife fight", they would see me with the knife, run over and get ready, then I would switch over to a gun and just shoot them. They hated that because it was usually down to the last two players in a match.
 
What knife fight? Would someone please show me the knife fight?
 
my Little kid plays call of duty and his friends and him play private free for all matches in what they call "batman" mode
only knives are allowed... I have no idea what that has to do with batman but it's pretty cool to watch lol
