Want a Kurouchi Nakiri

Hi All,

For some reason I really want a Kurouchi Nakiri, I love the look of the black bit of the blade contrasting the silver bottom. Can spend say 200-250 Euro, anyone got any recommendations for this budget

I have a Toujiro kurouchi Nakiri and I'm very happy with it. It cost less than 40 euro incl. tax at a local Japanese market.

The Tojiro DP line is excellent and has well heat treated VG-10.

The type of finish you seek is very common so don't limit yourself to just one brand.

kurouchi, stanless clad aogami steel ... mine has an excellent edge geometry, the burnt chestnut handle is nice and grippy and its quite cheap.
