Want Another Dress Knife- Emissary?

I would like to pick up a Benchmade Emissary to use as a dress knife but I am not crazy about the assisted opening feature. Anyone have any problems when they de-assisted one? Or any other problems? Do you love the knife? Hate the knife?

I am greatfull for any feedback about the Emissary. Thanks.

Very similar to the Emissary is the new 485 Valet (the middle knife in photos). Non assisted Axis lock. I took the pocket clip off.
