1,5 HP 3 phase motor + good VECTOR type VFD.

Ps.: Sentence begin with a capital letter.
And I would recommend a grammar handbook.

If your budget is tight:
Teco fm50 vfd
3 phase 1750 motor
Build a dust proof enclosure

The KBAC-27D is the standard for VFDs, but will set you back about $400 to $450 just for the VFD. Then you simply need a 1.5 hp THREE PHASE, inverter rated motor. If you're planning on mounting the motor to your grinder frame for direct drive, you'll want a c-frame motor.

If you wanna save a few dollars, there are a handful of Chinese VFDs on ebay for about $100 to $150, but you'll need to build an enclosure for them or rig some filters around them to keep dust and debris out of the inside.

FWIW - There are GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD deals to be had in the Exchange here at Bladeforums from time to time. I scored a NEW Leeson 1.5 hp DC motor on here and later got a Leeson VFD (that I didn't really need) which allowed me to make my bandsaw variable speed also (made a BIG difference btw).

You do need to check back frequently.

make sure the motor is TEFC(totally enclosed fan cooled) or washdown rated, may be other suitable types, not sure though. Other motor types may not stand up as well against the metal dust created by the grinding and in result not last as long

I would recommend you call Wayne Coe for a KBAC-27D and a 2hp 3-phase motor which will be about $750 total and well worth it. I think it may against the rules to post his website here, but if you google Wayne Coe artist blacksmith, you will find him.
