Step 1: Get a Membership
Step 2: Get Photos and post them so they can be identified and you can get possible values
Step 2.5: Don't be disappointed if they have more sentimental and collector value than monetary value.
Step 3: Open up a for sale thread in the exchange
Step 4: Profit.
At least that's how I'd do it.

Once you get your gold membership you can get help with identifying and valuing the knives in the Bernard Levine's subforum on blade forums. Post good pictures, especially closeups of any stamped lettering or symbols. Good luck.
