Dear Sirs,

ItsTooEarly had two extreme good ideas. First he asked for a fixed blade knife with interchangeable blades.

Yes, single knife makers have such sets in their product range. But are they able to achieve the same quality Buck makes all days? Joe H. has the opinion that Buck could make such a knife with the same quality like the Buck fixed blade knives have.

Then ITE wrote: "Just need a name for it ..." I think: If we find a good name for the knife set its up to Buck to make it.

And here's my question: Do you think that we find a striking name for this new product? A good name is the first step to get the project in production!

Go on guys!!! Find a Name!!! I spent one of my best knives to the one who found the name for the new product if it goes in production. Earnestly!!!

Good luck!!!

Best,
Haebbie

Great names you found!

Buck is in the lucky position to have fans who put on their thinking caps for the fortune of the company.

Triple E, my first thought was Big Game too.

but there are a lot of other interesting names.

My other favorites are:
Transformer
ShapeShifter
Protean
Multi
Converta or Convertible (Chuck will love this name)
Variable

I am in the lucky position that I don't have to decide.

Any more suggestions?

Best,
Haebbie

Phoenix

If it's tactical Evilution would be good for it:cool:

Autumn (leaves change concept)

Three strikes for me, I'm out.......

"Buck Interchangeable"

The blade names would be:

"Hoyt"

"Al"

"Chuck"

"CJ"

Or (forgive my ignorance of Buck history).

Kansas,
California,
and Idaho for the blades options.

Buck Switchback

switch·back (swchbk)
noun.
1. a zigzag course that can be an unpredictable steep incline of sharp redirection, require advanced thinking and skill to traverse having both known and unknown risks and challenges.

Addition by me: kind of like a big skinning job. :D

well, JB and Knifeschmied ... is that practicable? Who is the Pirate of the family? Works CJ like a hatchet in the company? And the missing Sarah, is she comparable with a precise ground bone saw? I wouldn't agree with that, especially I had the pleasure to meet them a short time ago and I had completely other impressions. ;)
