I know, I know look at for sale! But any gents here willing to sell one? Sal any chance of setting up a system to sell us Spyder nuts some limited edit knives, without being obliged to a contract? I would love to get some new Spyderco blades, but not if I am forced to get ones I don`t want to get the ones I do! How about an e-mail system where you mail us when a new product comes out? I know you sometimes do this to the group but well...

Hi General. I guess watchng the forums would be the best way to learn of new models without committing. (Bladeforums and Spyderco's forum). Personal communication with potential customers on short run items would get expensive.

Ahh well it was worth asking. I must say however it is not unusual or costly to have an automated e-mail service with offers on unwanted/unsold knives of a limited nature. I realise you are running a business Sal, but we loyal 'Spydie Nuts' would love the option to get limited knives. We can not all afford to be in a contract. Some of your greatest collectors are not company directors and all that!

Thanks for considering and having the decency to reply.

Hi General. I don'think the collectors hear about them sooner than the forumites.

The problem with indivfidual attention is that often the collectors don't reply. It's the chase down that takes time.

Thanks Sal! I have to say then, don`t bother chasing them down then!

. Seriously the fact that you are giving them the option is and will be enough for 99% of use. As to the rest, stuff em

!!! The option alone with a first come first served is an option I would sign up to right away. There is no need to chase customers like me up. If I want it I would let you know right away. If it was sold out anyway, so be it!

Thanks again Sal.

One more thing Sal, I am trying to order a black clip for my Military and some replacement screws after one fell out. Kelly Williams is doing her best to help, but I cannot seem to find out how to order spares from your website. Is it just me or is the new site to blame? BTW it is looking very nice now.
