I saw your website while searching the net for 5160 steel info.
I'm looking to buy about 16 each of 5160 spring steel bars/strips of 7/32 inch thickness, 7/8 inch width by about 13 inch long and with an 1/8 inch hole about 3/4 inch from one end (detailed construction drawing would be provided and some heat treating may be needed - I'm not sure, you guys seem to know much more than I in this area).
These are for rear torsion bars for a vintage race car (1956 Turner). See part A-7 on drawing at www.turnersportscars.co.uk/t_tech_frame_rear.html
I need 8 of these torsion bars for my car and couuld most likely sell 10 additionals sets (of 8 total).
Please contact me if anyone is interested in supplementing their knife hobby.
THANKS

PS - if anyone is interested. These are to help keep my vintage racing going. Neat 30 sec of my race next weekend at http://www.pvgp.org/pvgp/cwp/view.asp?A=3&Q=276489
This helps to show why I need suspension parts, luckily it wasn't me caught on video...
