Wanted grinder buffer,1725,17550 or 1800 good price

I am looking to buy a new or good used grinder to turn into a buffer or a buffer in 1725,1750 or 1800
rpm just starting out and don't want to send 300 plus on a baldor

Go to a surplus house or (in ohio) we have ODD LOTS . Get a cheap 50 dollar grinder and convert it.
It should last a good while .
