Wanted: someone to reproduce this knife

Can someone reproduce this knife in modern materials. I am thinking BG-42 (although talonite might be fun), Micarta, and Kydex sheath. The thoughest part will probably be reproducing the rasp like saw back on the blade. Total bladelength is about 5 1/2".

Except for the materials I am looking for an exact dulpicate. Any takers.

The original knives were made by Fabrica National de Toledo (Spain) for the Spanish Special Forces during the late 50s and early 60s. By all accounts it is a fairly rare knife (they were only issued to a few companies during the period).
