Wanting CS torx screw info

I've just called customer service & ordered a few clip screws for my Recon 1 & it got me thinking. I have somewhere around 20-ish CS folders & have taken many of them apart to refinish the blades. I've had a few issues with screws stripping & I deal with this enough to make it worthwhile to stockpile spares from USAknifemaker or some place similar.

Does anyone happen to know the specs of the screws found on CS folders? If not, how do you go about determining the thread pitch? Thanks.

I just pulled and checked some screws from an XL Voyager, Large Espada, Code 4, and Tuff Lite. All body/frame screws are M2.5x.45, while pivot screws vary. The larger knives all seem to use an M4x.7 pivot (never seen pivots or pivot screws available in this size from any of the kit/parts places), while the smaller knives fortunately use imperial 6-32 screws at the pivot.

Btw, screws were measured using knifekits.com's Screw Identifiers (the metal ones). :thumbup:
