I’ve been looking into ways to get some sort of decorative lanyard stop pin for my spydiechef. Basically I wanted this para 3 pin (ish) https://www.flytanium.com/item/390/Spyderco-PM2-PM3-Titanium-Hole but for my chef. Either anno-ed to match a set of copper anno-ed screws I have an eye on, or a brighter color.

Regardless I took some (vaguely accurate) measurements. The hole is about 7/32nds of an inch (or 5.556 mm) across and the knife is 0.4 inches thick, my measuring tools aren’t good enough to find the gap in the handle. I can’t find anything online that really even comes close to what I want. Any suggestions? CNC shops, things that are close I can sand down, bead makers, anything. Anything helps. Thanks.

Lightly chamfer the outside of the holes, put a piece of appropriately sized copper rod in place, and lightly peen the ends to hold it in place.

You don't need to take it apart. Those screws are for assembly, not disassembly.

Mr. DeShivs :
I had you in mind and was going to recommend the OP contact you. I just had not got around to posting a link.
Do you not turn parts then or would the OP need to send the knife to you to get the post he originally requested / posted a photo link to ?

I, or anyone with a lathe could turn one. The op can also turn one with a hand drill and a file if he is careful.
The only way I would consider doing it is with the knife in hand, but I'm swamped.
Having that spacer turned commercially would probably be expensive.
