War Boar order, decode this please

Can someone translate this order for the War Boar. It's been a long time since I've ordered and I'm patiently waiting. I don't want to call the shop to bother them with sich a simple question and distract them from the two week lead time.

Did most of you'all order the large or regular size ring and does this code say which it is?

These are my educated guesses. Not sure on the size though.
 
Call the shop -- talk to Amy-0 -- she'll get an answer for you and keep you entertained while you're on the phone with her -- go on.....just dial it. :D
