Warden Thickness ???

So what's this -- Some of them have no description about thickness, others have listed .14" thick? :eek:

Are there 2 kinds? If so, what is the thickness of the one i bought last night?

Anyone know the details??? :thumbup:
 
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Skunk???? I snagged one when they first went up last night...what thickness did I get?????
 
I believe and hope we who purchased last night got the 3/16 version. Look at the company store, it says "starting at $187". I know I didnt pay 187 and like these guys, some clarification would be nice. And where can I get a picture of the sheath?

How funny, i kind fo forgot about the "knives" page on the company store sight -- i've been so quick to jump to the "order here" page :o

That makes sense now. I must have scored the almost 3/16 version. Hopefully they are putting the same edge on both knives :thumbup: :thumbup:

I think the lower price is for a black/black combo.

As for the difference in thickness, maybe the satin is just a little thinner than the black coated blades.

Just a guess.
 
The satin / snakeskin I scored earlly this morning was 0.14", clearly stated on the order form. This, of course, is just a little under 1/64th" thicker than 1/8". That sounds great to me. :thumbup: Wide and thin will take a helluva edge. I already have an HD.
 
I lucked out. My 2 year old decided to wake me up in the middle of the night by kicking me in the kidneys so I got up and check the CS and there was a nice satin finished Warden with my name on it! :D

So that is 1/4 inch plus another 1/8.

That is going to be a heavy little knife!!!
