Wards and Camillus knives OLD,looking for info

I want to sell this knife if it has any value.It looks pretty old.Its sharpened a lot and dirty.But nice solid action.
Is it very old? Is it worth anything? Thanks guys.
All I can make out on the blade is WARDS and looks like maybe USA underneath
I saw some of these but they had a shield on the side.this ones doesn't and doesn't appear it ever did,thanks again!

same questions about this Camillus...this one isn't nearly as sharpened if at all.

The Camillus looks like it could be about to start off gassing, I would suggest putting it in a sealed jar to protect your other carbon steel knives. Google Montgomery Ward for the first knife.
