You've got to be kidding me.
That is outrageous.
I need to go back out to the shop and refine my "skills" a little bit.

I think for Bob, that is a "grail knife".

That would be a welcome addition, and possibly the centerpiece, to any collector of art knives.

Congratulations, and

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

STeven-

You couldn't be more right if your life depended on it, yes indeedy, this is my holy grail knife. And indeed a quest. Thanks!

Bob

Wow, that is beyond amazing. Congratulations to you Bob, I can only imagine how pleased you must be.

Double ouch!!!! Please tell me that there isn't a matching rapier out there somewhere.:D

Bob,

I applaud your persistence and your decision to purchase. This knife, having been sequestered away for so many years, is quite powerful in it's stature. I'd say it's the treasure hidden in the closet among Buster's legacy knives.

I appreciate you wishing me to work with you with current photographs, although it's abundantly clear to see it's glory now.

Congrats!

Coop

I think I have looked at this at least 50 times and am just simply awe struck. The craftsmanship is simply unbelievable.

This blade impresses as the stuff of royalty. The very defintion of a grail piece - just a stunning level of craftsmanship. Congrats to you, Sir Bob.

It DOES look like a piece made for royalty! Absolutely incredible design and craftsmanship.

Congratulations Bob!

Bob,

Congratulations on acquiring a spectacular knife. This knife would be the center piece of any collection.

WOW...He was one of a kind in workmanship and artistic ability. He is missed in the knife business.

I seem to recall seeing this, or a similar piece, in one of the magazines many years ago. It is, an incredible knife!

And Kevin, I can think of no finer prop for this diamond and ruby encrusted knife than a half used roll of paper towels! :D

David-

Don't forget the specially torn and tattered Targe' quilt! You should know that I am a student of the Jon Klein Set Decoration Study Group, made famous for his stunningly performed placement of the famous dirty gold towel.
