That's what I'm calling it now anyway!
I've post my re-handled 1311 before, but tonight after getting back from work I picked it up and thought "this needs a swedge and a fighting handle." Temporarily abandoning dinner plans I manically set to work and

this thing has gone from a solid chopping tool to a deliciously scary weapon! It's huge but the balance is now just right, it moves fluidly in the hand . . . . and I just can't wait for the next drunk guy to erroneously wander into my house seeking someone who lives blocks away (I met the last one silently with a tomahawk and he got the message, but this is even better). The swedge isn't sharpened yet, and my camera phone sucks, but boyWarHound.jpg howdy can I recommend this mod for cheap and evil fun!!
 
Love it !! :cool::eek::cool: You have to post pics of the sharpened swedge. This is something I'd like to do to many of my blades.
