I got the Salt I a month ago, explaining to my fiance that I needed it because it's virtually rustproof. Telling me that was a stupid reason to buy a knife, she's taken it and used it for cooking. It is now a designated kitchen knife. Moral of story - don't tell your woman about how cool this knife is and that it won't rust. They'll just take it and when you ask for it back, they'll tell you to do your own cooking.

I found the same thing out. My wife says now that I have my Para-Military that the Salt 1 is hers. I told her that was fine but she had to learn to sharpen it herself. LOL.

Well, that would be ok with me, since I am the one who does the cooking. I am, however, so lucky as to have a girlfriend who will bake me any cake at virtually any time as soon I ask for one :p !

No, no, no, no, no, no. Does she have a sister and does she like kangarew stew? :p

Unfortunately no sister....but a long list of family cake recipies :p. And no I am not trading her, not even against a nice Spydie!

That is what I call love. I also wouldn't trade my woman for a Spydie but an Enzo - thayt'd be a close call.

Grinning .... there is only one solution to this little problem. Buy her a Spydie Kitchen Knife .... I actually now prefer the Kitchen Spydies to my Cutcos.

Smart man!

Hmmmmmmm, cake.

Why am I suddenly hungry?
 :D

Great idea Razz. Also I could add one or two Spydies that I like to the order to save on shipping - at least that's what I'll tell her.
