This is an excerpt from the Kim Komando Weekly Newsletter sent out this morning that might be helpful to one of the folks who frequent the Cantina and the BFC Forums. I wasn't sure whether to post this or not but it is a Virus/Trojan I hadn't heard of before and with its strange behavior I thought an advance warning might be in order.

"MonaRonaDona is a new twist on malware"
"Q. Im receiving messages on my computer about the Mona Rona Dona virus. The messages say that the virus will wreck my computer.
They also say it was created to raise awareness of human rights violations worldwide. How can I remove this thing from my computer?
A. The MonaRonaDona virus started showing up a little over a week ago. It is sometimes called Mona Rona Dona or Trojan.
Monagray. Researchers arent sure how it makes its way onto users machines. But one thing is clear: MonaRonaDona is unique.
First, MonaRonaDona uses several techniques to draw attention to itself.
The warning messages you see are an example of this. The messages refer to the virus by name.
Why would the creator be so blatantly obvious?
To trick you into doing a Google search for MonaRonaDona virus.
The criminal behind MonaRonaDona probably doesnt care about human rights violations.
Raising awareness about human rights violations is just a cover."......
