Warning, devious email worm.

Immediately after sending out a cartoon email yesterday I received an email telling me that my computer had been infected and that I was sending out a worm through my email. There was a zipfile attached that I Did Not Open!
I deleted the email and then went to my deleted folder and deleted it permanently and then I updated my AV, Adaware, and CounterSpy and ran a scan with each of them.
My computer came up clean!
I'm sure that if I had opened the attached zipfile that I would have been infected by it.
I haven't seen any notices about an email worm such as this but other worms have sent out a password with an attached zipfile that when opened infected your computer.
I know you guys and gals have enough sense to not open anything from anyone you don't know even if it looks official, this is just in case.

This one made it past our filters at work. I reported it, so hopefully it got tagged. Don't open ANY files from people you don't know and be really careful if it's someone you DO know.

I have to laugh when I get spam and the sender is ... me. Wouldn't they realize that the one person I would know for sure didn't send that was myself?
