WARNING: Silva Spoof e-mail

I have received an email that appears to come from one Kristin Jankowski of Johnson Outdoors. The message says I won the "Silva Win a Cobalt Giveaway." "Click here."

I entered no such contest.

There is an executive named Kristen Jankowski in the U.S., but she does not seem to work for Johnson Outdoor.

I get no Google hits on anything I can think of that would relate to such a contest involving Johnson or their U.S. brand "Silva."

Beware if you receive such an email. I have received similar "good news" emails supposedly from all sorts of companies, and all were spoof/pishing or virus carriers. ( )

I have emailed Johnson Outdoors.
