I just want to remind everyone about the materials we work with once in a while.
I mentioned the Bois'D'Arc in another post and realised that most people don't know the wood dust from it is Toxic.!!
That is true of some of the other exotic woods.
I use "Red Cedar" (Juniper) for making Indin flutes and the dust bothers many people(itching,breathing,and other things),but doesn't bother me.
Kinda like the "Mescal beans" we Indins use for making dance bandoliers.
Anyway.whether for hobbie,work or whatever.if you haven't messed with it before see what you can find out about it. It may save you some discomfort or your life.
While we are on the subject of being careful don't forget to
watch your fingers when unsheathing your Kuhkuris. Remember Uncle Bills warning. It is tough typing one handed!!
