So I have this knife - it arrived with the scale on one side not flush on the knife. Yes I have had it a couple of years, never been carried, sharpened or even out of the box except to look at then put away.

What are the chances the warranty will cover repair?
You can see the light between scale and liner.

I had boker USA fix some brand new with cracked bone fellows years ago. they told me they had to ship to Germany. came back after awhile looking like new. that was my experience with them, but it was long ago. dont know if things have changed?
