Warranty/box+papers?

In a few photos, I've seen CRK's with a nice hand-written warranty card etc. Is this something I should expect when I buy a CRK? There's a dealer here in NY who isn't sure whether their pieces ought to have this. I ask because I collect wristwatches too, and I know when you buy a Rolex, you look for all this good official stuff, etc......

When you buy any CRK from a legitmate dealer, or even used off of one of the "for sale forums", you ought to get the warranty and knife info card. When buying used, you may get a better deal if the seller is selling withouth the box and paperwork. Ask all the questions before hand before you buy=no suprises.
Good luck.

I agree with Barry. I have bought and sold a few CRKs without wrenches or lanyards (in the case of the sebbies), but never without the paperwork.

I bought mine without papers. Got a good deal on it because of that. But, it doesnt bother me too much...I don't collect things, I use em. NW
