I need a Kershaw rep to email me. I need to ask a question about a warranty issue on a Kershaw Knife that I sold. I am not a Kershaw dealer, I need some advice on how to handle the problem.

You might want to think about doing something like tomATkniferidgeshopDOTcom so that the email isn't picked up and added to spam lists in the future.

Try calling them (800-325-2891) and ask for warranty. I got through with the second call, they were very helpful.

Thanks for your help. The Warranty Dept. at Kershaw gets two thumbs up, they took care of the situation.
