Warranty Issue?

So there I am working on my laptop with my unsheathed NO-E next to me as I was fondling it on breaks. Plus I like to handle my knives as much as possible in order to become familiar with them.

Anyway, I turn to get something and hear a loud "thump" and my NO-E is gone. It seems it took a tip first nose dive off my couch into my laminate floor (lucky it's not "real hardwood"). To my horror there was a nice chunk taken out of the floor. But the NO was, of course, unscathed. :D

So do you guys think Busse warranty covers damage to wood floors.

Time to pop in a replacement board before the wife sees it. ;)

With language like laptop, unsheathed, and fondling, did that first sentence make anyone else uncomfortable? :D

Who knows.. Take that NO-e, chop, hack, and pry that piece out and send it in!

Of course, the damage that you did to the rest of the floor in order to get that piece out, well, you're on your own there!

:p :D

Did I mention the web cam? :)

Just a glance at this thread can make anyone understand why I like this forum so much:thumbup::D! You guys are all awesome:)! Then again I think it has to do with the effect that INFI has on you: it lights up your day, making you happy and resourceful ;).
