Warranty on 2nd hand knives?

I got a Dominator LNIB on Ebay from a private owner. It's practically mint, but it has vertical blade play where the lock doesn't quite meet the tang unless you actually squeeze the lock tight.

Do you think Camillus would fix or replace it if I send it in?

Funny how that works isn't it? If my knife comes back fixed or replaced I'll probably start shopping for another.

Just curious. Got a Dominator I'll be sending in for replacement.
