I sent a 110 fixed dive knife in that was rusting under the rubber grip. There is nothing they could really do with it so they gave me a $100 credit and sent the knife back, which I thought was very fair.
The fixed blades all appear to be one piece of metal so I can't imagine blade replacement is an option. Call them. Their customer service is very good. I've dealt with them many times and currently have some stuff with them.
I guess I stand corrected. This is quoted from Benchmade's warranty form: "Blade replacement costs for non-warranty repairs (subject to availability) are $30 for satin blade and $40 for a black blade." It doesn't mention fixed vs folder blades. Call Benchmade and they will tell what options you have.
