warranty on police

i had my police in my back pocket all day and when i get home i took it out and the 2 screws on the clip broke of and the middle one is still there, but the screws broke of at the head so they are imposible to get out, is this covered by waranty, should i send it in??

I sent a Delica in because the FRN around the clip screw had deformed, so I imagine that your problem would be covered as well. They got it back to me very quickly to.
