I have a BuckTool (model 360) that's seen better days. I've has it for a long time, and although I've never abused it, it needs some TLC. If this were to be sent in to Buck for warranty work, what would they send me as a replacement? Sure, it has sentimental value, but sentimental value doesn't unscrew bolts or tighten screws.

Get the only answer that means anything here....

Thank you for the phone number. As per my conversation with the Warranty department, I can send the BuckTool in and get either my choice of a new X-Tract (any model) or $70 to spend on the Buck website, excluding web specials.

You might send Joe Houser a message...I sent in a 355 and 360 a while back, he was able to sweet-talk some of the folks into fixing mine rather than giving me credit...just a thought.

If it needs a refurb I would contact Joe as was mentioned. They don't have the parts to repair them but could do wonders if it's a user that you have.

Probably not. They don't generally carry old stock reserved. They might be able to glean it up some but you can bet one of three things. You get it back cleaned, you get it back asw it was or you may get a need modern buck tool and loos the old one. You should call Buck warranty and ask for a positive answr though.
