From Spyderco's warranty page...
"Spydercos warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly, or improper sharpening."
(Bold added by me for emphasis.)
So, disassembling my knife voids the warranty. Got it; no problem. But, why sell these to customers then?

You're telling customers that taking apart their knife voids your warranty, and then you offer replacement internal parts (which require disassembly) to the same customers. I don't have a real complaint here, but I am curious as to how this works out.
