Warranty question

Unfortunately during this opening of Harry Potter 5 on ABC, the springs on my Mini Griptilian gave out
So I just took a look at the warranty on Benchmade's site and I believe I should be covered.
The only concern I have is that I did loosen the screws on the body, but accidentally stripped two of them while tightening.
Would this still be warrantied? I never actually took the knife apart, though I'm sure they could tell based on my loc tite globbing

You're fine. If your springs went bad, they will replace them. Print out the warranty form and send it in.
