If it is on a Chaparral or Sage 4 I would say send it in as those models have internal stop pins to prevent that from happening. On other models, unless it's extremely noticeable it is probably best to ignore it. I can feel slight up and down play in my Caly 3.5, LadyBug, Jester and CoPilot if I press the blade down hard onto a cutting board, but it is maybe 1/10th of a MM of movement so I can deal with it.
