If we determine that there is a defect in the manufacture or materials we will gladly repair, or replace that product with the same model or one of equal value. If the problem is determined not to be caused by defect in manufacture or materials we will inform you of the cost for repair. Upon agreement and payment we will perform the repair. If we are unable to improve the condition of the knife, we will return it to you with the recommendation that it be retired from use.

Spyderco can fix just about any problem with a knife, unless it's very serious, like a badly damaged blade. Whether repairs are covered by warranty depends on the nature and cause of the damage.

Warranty repair or not, replacing a few screws should be nothing expensive. Just send it to the address in the warranty statement above, and they'll contact you with what can be done and what it will cost. Then, you can tell them to proceed with the repair or not. If the screws are so badly damaged that they'll have to drill them out of the holes, it might get expensive if it's not covered by warranty.
