warranty question

i realy scratched up the scales on my sebbie over time, so i gave them a brushed look with some sandpaper, now if i want to have this reblasted will they do it for free or do i have to pay, also i striped out the clip screw, not so bad were i cant take it out it just looks bad would they replace it??
