Question:

I do not have a credit card, Paypal, or any of that stuff. Just straight forward cash. I had my brother, who lives with me and has the above methods of paying, order me a CAK. Since the CAK is mine, always was and meant to be, would the warranty be for me? Or would it be for my brother since he was the one that actually "ordered" it?

I would shoot Yangdu an e-mail first to see what she says, but GENERALLY a khuk that is bought as a gift is warrantied to the recipient. I think the warranty restrictions are meant more the types that buy a used khuk off flea bay for next to nothing, then purposely break it to try to extort a free khuk out of Yangdu.

Like I said, shoot Yangdu an email to make sure (himimp@aol.com), but i think you should be covered.

Congrats on your khuk!:D

Thank you. Once I got it, I etched my name and the date into the blade. I would like to pass it down as a heirloom someday.

I can't think of more probable heirloom than an HI khuk. I have a trunk full of them. My children's children's children should never run out of khuks. Heck, even the odd stranger that ends up with one of my old blades is going to be passing it down. HI khuks are built to be given to your great grandchildren;)

I can just see an alien race doing an excavation of my house.

Look at all these oddly curved edged implements. This creature was buried with them to protect him in the afterlife.

Warranty be for your brother since he is the first buyer.
