Warranty question

[benyaM95 Ranger Knif]

Got an 192 Alaskan Guide as a gift, but there is a problem with a butt cap.
It sits uneven and kinda loose. Would Buck be able to fix that? Could I verify it before sending in the knife? I'm in Canada.

They will certainly fix it and unless it was abused it should be warranty. Give the warranty dept a call, the link is listed at the top of the main Buck forum page.
