Now I'll start by saying that I cannot imagine any task which would break my Rodent Waki.
Just wondering what the warranty policy is though, especially as it is a limited production item. Seems that it would be hard to replace if not in production any longer.
So, out of curiosity, how does it work?

I believe, if you can't get a replacement then you will get a shop credit. I might be wrong, but I think I read it somewhere that's how they handle it if you can't get another one.

That kinda makes sense.
Perhaps they keep a few as warranty back-ups?

Both answers are correct, we do keep a few for warranty repairs/etc. However, we don't keep them forever, so if you do damage a piece that is no longer made, and it is damaged beyond repair you will receive a shop credit for the original price.

We do our best to make sure that our customers are always treated fairly so we will always work with you and do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
