Warranty Recommendation?

Hello fellow Spydie fans,

I am in need of your input here please - I am trying to contact Spyderco on a issue I have with my Paramilitary, and they are not answering my e-mails. (4 sent in total.) Calling them is not really an option for me, as I am not in the USA.

What is your experience regarding this? Any ideas on getting their attention? Perhaps I should register and post on their forums, but I am not interested in putting them in a negative light - posting threads about my issue is not the way to go IMO. I love their knives and know the CS is top-notch - if they would only offer me some! :o

Hi Rav3n,

Generally when I would email Spyderco it would take around 12 hours for an answer. Perhaps you could try Skype or some other similar VOIP program to call them. Aside from that, registering on their forums could help and I would recommend doing so if nothing else works.

The SHOT Show just wrapped up so that could be one reason why no one was available. Have you used their website to submit a warranty claim? They have a form on their site that allows you to specifically ask a question about whatever issue you are having.
 
Thanks for the replies! I did submit a claim on the website. I forgot about the SHOT show, that might explain the wait! Good to know, I'm sure they will attend to my query soon.
